Every quote is custom: the price depends on the process, the tools we connect to, the volume and where the AI runs. After the free audit you get a fixed price and a forecast of what you'll save. If something won't pay off, we say so plainly.
Will it work with the software we already use?
Almost always - yes. CRM, ERP, accounting software, Gmail and Outlook, Excel and Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Telegram, online stores. If your software has no way to connect, the agent works through email, files or the screen - the way a person would.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. You choose the level: cloud AI under a contract where data isn't stored or used for training; a private server in the EU just for you; or local AI on your own server in the office - then the data physically never leaves the building. We work under GDPR and the EU AI Act.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
We give it clear boundaries. Anything that spends money or matters goes through human approval. Every action is logged, and the hard cases go to your team.
