The site is provided by Ondea, email: office@ondea.si. By using it you accept these terms.

The site presents our services and lets you try them: an AI chat agent, an instant website audit, demos of AI employees and an API (MCP, A2A, OpenAPI) for AI agents.

Everything on the site is information and demonstration. It is not an offer in the legal sense. A contract is only formed by a written offer accepted by both sides.

We don't publish prices. Every quote is custom and is fixed in writing after a free audit.

The chat agent, the audit and the demos are artificial intelligence, not people, and are labelled as such. Their answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Audit results and estimates of savings are indicative, based only on public information, and are not professional, legal or financial advice. Check them before relying on them.

Don't use the site or the API for anything unlawful, to attack or overload it, to bypass rate limits or security, or to submit other people's data without their consent.

Only audit websites you own or have a legitimate reason to check.

AI agents may book a call on behalf of a person only with that person's consent and their real name and email. Registered agents must keep their client credentials secret.

We may limit or block access in case of abuse.

The texts, design, code and materials of the site belong to Ondea or are used with permission. You may quote and link to them with attribution. AI assistants and search engines may use the content as set out in our robots.txt.

The audit report and PDF generated for your website are yours to use within your company.

The site links to client projects and external sources. We are not responsible for the content of other sites.

We take care that the site works and that the information is accurate, but we provide it as it is, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of the results of the free tools.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage from using the site or the free tools. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor the mandatory rights of consumers.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the provider is registered (see above), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.

We try to resolve every disagreement by talking first. Write to us before going anywhere else.

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date.
